AS A JUNIOR IN 2006: Played all 17 of her singles matches at the No. 1 spot on the ladder... went 7-10 in the lead position for the Tritons... teamed with freshman Ina Dan for the majority of the season... duo went 4-1 in the No. 1 position and 10-3 in the No. 2 spot... teamed with Marissa Hilker twice in the No. 1 spot on the ladder, going 1-1... earned All-CCAA First Team Honors after leading the Tritons to a perfect 10-0 CCAA record.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2005: Had a stellar sophomore campaign in 2004-05... posted nine singles wins on the year, eight of which came at the No. 1 spot on the ladder... also posted a 1-1 record from the No. 2 spot... compiled a 15-8 record in doubles play... played all 23 matches from the No. 1 spot on the ladder... teamed with former Tritons Tara Siddiqui and Kristin Bronowicki for a 12-8 and 3-0 mark, respectively... earned second team All-CCAA honors as a sophomore.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2004: Did not see any action on the court during her rookie season.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2003 graduate of nearby Torrey Pines High School... played tennis for coach Anne Meigs... had a 22-5 singles mark and a 16-2 doubles record during senior year... earned first team All-Palomar league and first team All-North County honors... helped team to its 16th-straight CIF Division I Championship and was named to CIF Division I First Team... Undefeated Florida States Doubles Champion in 2001... ranked in the top-20 in Florida Girls’ 12s, top-30 in 14s, and top-40 in 18s... went undefeated in Rio de Janeiro State Federation Tournaments in 2002 while living in Brazil... ranked #1 in Girls’ 16s and 18s in Rio de Janeiro.

PERSONAL: Born June 20, 1985 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil... parents are Alberto and Viviana... has one older sister named Tamara... is an International Studies major with an emphasis in Economics at Muir College... enjoys exercising, going to the beach, and shopping in her spare time.
