AS A JUNIOR IN 2008: Posted a 1-4 record, going 1-0 at the #6 spot on the singles ladder...teamed with Taskeen Bains for a record of 2-2 at #1...unbeaten at the #3 spot on the ladder with teammate  Justine Ang Fonte going 2-0.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2007: Posted a 14-8 record in singles play, going 3-1 at the No. 1 spot and 11-7 at the No. 2 spot on the ladder... led the team with 15 doubles victories while teaming with four different partners... went 0-1 with Pooja Desai and Tessa Tran, each at the top spot on the ladder... had a 1-0 record with Justine Ang Fonte and a 14-6 mark at the No. 1 doubles spot with Marsha Malinow... earned All-CCAA First Team Honors.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2006: Tied for the team lead in singles wins with 14 during her first year as a Triton... went 1-1 from the No. 4, 7-4 from the No. 3, 4-2 from the No. 2, and 2-0 from the No. 1 spots on the ladder... led the team with 15 doubles victories while teaming with four different partners... went 1-0 with Allison Legakis and Liz Brown and 1-1 with Amelia Larkin in the No. 3 position... spent the majority of the season teaming with Marsha Malinow... the team was 10-3 in the No. 2 and 4-1 in the No.1 spots on the ladder... earned All-CCAA Second Team Honors and the CCAA Freshman of the Year Award... went undefeated in both singles and doubles conference matches during the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2005 graduate of La Canada High School in La Canada, Calif... was named the team's Most Inspirational Player and finishing second in singles play as a freshman... earned the Sportsmanship Award from the SCTA... was selected as an AP Scholar with Distinction by the College Board... was an Associate Chief Justice for the Student Honor Court at La Canada.

PERSONAL: Born October 2, 1987... parents are Vlad and Irmgard Dan... has one younger sister named Nadia... Vlad played on the National Romanian Handball Team... is a Communications major at John Muir College and aspires to work in Public Relations upon graduation... enjoys reading, music, hanging out with friends, going to the beach and traveling in her spare time.
