AS A JUNIOR IN 2007: Started the season’s first six matches before an injury cut her season short... recorded four shots on the year with those of those coming on goal.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2006: Started 11 of the 16 matches she played in before blowing out her knee in the Oct. 15 match at home against Cal State Bakersfield... did return to play in the National Quarterfinal match at Metro State, taking one shot in the loss... scored a goal in the 3-1 victory at Cal Poly Pomona on Oct. 6 and in the 5-0 victory at Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 8... picked up seven straight starts before suffering the season-ending knee injury... five of her eight shots on the year were on goal.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2005: Started 13 matches during rookie season while making appearances in all 22 of the Tritons’ matches... scored two goals on the year while taking 15 shots... first collegiate goal came in the 5-0 victory over Cal State San Bernardino at home on October 5... scored the game-winner in the 2-1 victory at Chico State on October 14... had two shots in the season-ending loss to No. 2 Seattle Pacific in the NCAA D-II West Region Finals.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2005 graduate from nearby La Jolla High School.

PERSONAL: Born June 10, 1987... parents are Sandy and Linda Borenstein... father is a lawyer while her mother is a banker... has an older sister named Leslie... is a Psychology major in Revelle College... enjoys skiing in her spare time.
