COACH MCMANUS ON SAHAGUN: “Returning sophomore who is going to have to raise her game up to the next level.”

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2007: Played in 13 matches with all of her appearances coming off the bench... recorded her first collegiate shot, a shot on goal, on Sept. 2 at Hawaii Pacific during a 5-0 Tritons’ victory.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Glen A. Wilson High School in Hacienda Heights, Calif... captained her soccer team for two years while earning All-League First Team honors in 2005, 2006 and 2007... was also named the squad’s defender of the year those three same years.

PERSONAL: Born Nov. 5, 1989... parents are Raul and Dolores Sahagun... is an undeclared major in Muir College... has two older siblings named Alena and Anthony... enjoys running, dancing, watching movies and baking in her spare time.
