Vinny Fulchiron begins his fourth year as a volunteer assistant coach at UC San Diego. He has lived in San Diego for six years and in that time he has coached at almost every level. Past experiences include three years at Alliant International University as a head coach and assistant, one year at Grossmont Junior College, fours years at Santana High School, and six years at the club level. Presently, Fulchiron is the Athletics Director and a Physical Education teacher at The Preuss School located on the campus of UCSD.

Fulchiron received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of Evansville, Indiana. He has since gone on to complete his California Teaching Credential. In addition, Fulchiron has also furthered his coaching education by successfully completing his United States Soccer Federation, National "A" License and National Soccer Coaches Association of America, Premier Diploma.
