Lea Trojanowski joined the compliance unit in September of 2017.

Trojanowski brings several years of various experience to campus. Prior to arriving at UC San Diego, she spent time as a legal intern for the Office of the City Attorney of Chula Vista (2017). She also served as both a judicial intern (2017) and legal intern (2016) at San Diego County Superior Court.

Previously, Trojanowski was an operations assistant at the Camp Pendleton Veterinary Facility (2012-15) as well as the Okinawa Veterinary Facility at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan (2009-12). In addition, she was a middle school social studies teacher at Lawrence Woodmere Academy in Woodmere, N.Y. (2006-09).

A native of Shelton, Conn., Trojanowski earned her bachelor’s degree in History at Hofstra University, before obtaining a master’s in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Social Studies at Hofstra. She received a J.D. from California Western School of Law in April of 2018.
