AS A SENIOR IN 2006: Redshirtted the season.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2005: Started 21 of the team's 22 games during her inaugural season in a Triton uniform... netted one goal and one assist as a defender... took 23 shots on the year... lone goal proved to be the game-winner in the 2-1 road victory at Cal State Bakersfield on October 12... had an assist in the 3-0 victory at San Francisco State on October 2.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Comes to UCSD from Ventura Community College... was a first team All-America selection and the school’s Athlete of the Year in 2005.

PERSONAL: Born December 6, 1984... parents are Henry and Sandra Avina... is a Sociology major in Muir College... attended Camarillo High School prior to going to Ventura CC.
