Biography

AS A JUNIOR IN 2007-08: Earned silver medal at Pacific Coast Rowing Championships with Lightweight boat... also won in the Lightweight Four at the Row for the Cure, sitting two-seat. 

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2006-2007: Coxed novice boats while recovering from foot surgery... Made her rowing debut at the WIRA Championships, winning a medal in the novice lightweight four.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Leland High School in San Jose, Calif... lettered in cross country and track and field.

PERSONAL: Born March 5, 1987... parents are Chang-Lin and Ming-Hang Lin...an Animal Physiology and Neuroscience major and Greek Literature minor in Thurgood Marshall College... plans to go to veterinary school.. enjoys dancing, drawing, surfing and reading.
