VENTURA COLLEGE: Played basketball for two seasons at Ventura College under coach Ned Mercetic.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 graduate of St. Joseph High School in Santa Maria, Calif., where she was a member of the basketball, volleyball, and track & field teams... Helped basketball team to a second-place finish in league standings... Earned All-League and All-State recognition.
PERSONAL: Born February 7, 1987... Parents are Phil and Lynn Conklin... Has an older brother named Phillip and a twin brother named Jacob... Is a Psychology major and Communications minor in Sixth College... Hopes to become a guidance counselor... Enjoys playing sports and being active.
