CCAA All-Academic ... Competed in both the 5,000 and 10,000 at the CCAA Championships ... Settled for 17th place in the 5,000, finishing with a time of 16:15.29 at the CCAA Championships ... Took 10th place in the 10,000 upon crossing the finish line at 33:37.57 at the CCAA Championships ... Had season-best time of 32:46 at the Cal-Nevada Championships in the 10,000, placing 17th overall ... Set a personal-record time of 16:03.20 in the 5,000 at the UCSD Triton Invitational, where he finished ninth overall ... Finished 44th in the 5,000 at the 26th Annual Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (16:14.67) ... Was the seventh-place finisher in the 1,500 at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (4:14.50) ... Would eat pizza for the rest of his life if he had to choose just one food ... Roots for the Oakland A's and Raiders as well as the Golden State Warriors ... Into the Wild is his favorite movie ...
