placed 18th in 3000 steeplechase… Top ten performance and time of
12:02.08 in finals of 3000 steeplechase during CCAA Championships, earning
personal best and UCSD top-ten time of 11:46.84 during preliminaries of event…
Fourth-place finisher in 3000 steeplechase at the All-Cal Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Thousand Oaks High School in Thousand Oaks, Calif... participated in cross country and track in high school... helped cross country team to 2005 Division I State Championship, 2005 2nd place in CIF, and Maramonte League Championship... a Scholar Athlete... recorded statistical bests of 18:30 in the mile, 19:37 at the 5k, 11:40 in the 3200, 5:20 in the 1600, and 2:30 in the 800... named to Maramonte Lee Second Team in 2003 and 2005 and Ventura County Second Team in 2003... earned Outstanding Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Awards... 2007 Team Mentor Champions Award recipient... also a member of the UCSD cross country team.
