HIGH SCHOOL: A 2008 graduate of York Community High School in Elmhurt, Illinois… Part of 4x800 state champions in 2007 and 4x800 state runner-ups in 2008… Recorded bests of 1:58.1 in the 800m and 4:20.1 in the 1600m… Member of three-time state championship and one-time state runner-ups cross country team. 

PERSONAL: Born June 1, 1990… Parents are Thomas and Jean Rizzo… Has one sister named Alicia… A Psychology major in Muir College… Roots for the St. Louis Cardinals and star Albert Pujols… Favorite movie is Talladega Nights.
