AS A JUNIOR IN 2008: Placed second in the 400M Hurdles at the CCAA Championship with a time of 1:03.07... At the Cal-Nevada Championships finished 18th in the 400M Hurdles... Finished in fifth place in the 400M Hurdles at the Rossi Relays... Owns the fifth fastest school mark all-time in the 400M at 57.44.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2007: Recorded a 5th place finish in the 400 hurdles at the All-Cal Championships with a time of 67.40... finished 7th in the 400 hurdles at the San Diego City Championships, improving to a time of 66.56... recorded a season-best time in the 100 during the UCSD Divisional Challenge, finishing 4th overall... crossed the finish line in a time of 65.29 in the 400 hurdles event during the UCSD Triton Invitational... recorded a season-best time of 64.66 in the preliminaries of the 400 hurdles during the CCAA Championships, recording a finals time of 64.81 that was good for 5th overall... competed with 4x100 team at NCAA Division II National Championships, helping squad to time of 47.15, just short of school record time of 47.14 set earlier in the season.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2006: Earned a NCAA berth as part of 4x400 team that set new school record and NCAA qualifying mark with a time of 3:48.39 at the Triton Invitational, the 11th best mark in the nation... finished 18th at the NCAA National Championships... also was a member of the record setting 4x100 team that finished second at the CCAA Championships with a time of 47.52... finished 8th in the 400 hurdles during the Rafer Johnson/UCLA Invitational with a time of 64.76... finished 8th in the 400m dash at the CCAA Championships with a time of 57.50 that earned UCSD points and ranked as the second-best time in that event by a Triton during the season and 3rd best all-time... also notched the third-best time in the 400 hurdles among UCSD athletes at the CCAA Championships with a time of 64.02 that placed her 5th in the event and 8th in UCSD history for that event.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2005 graduate of Carondelet High School in Concord, Calif... was the NCS winner in the 300 hurdles in 2005 with a time of 45.99... 2nd at NCS in 400m dash in 2005 with a time of 58.4... helped team to Bay Valley Athletic League Championships in 2003 and 2004... member of North Coast Section Meet of Champion winners in 2004.

PERSONAL: Born June 6, 1987... parents are Jim and Liz Skorupa... has an older sister named Megan and a younger brother named Matt... is a Human Biology major in Revelle College... enjoys painting in her spare time.
