AS A JUNIOR IN 2009: At the CCAA Championships, recorded a time of 20:07.23 and 23^rd place in the 5000… Finished eighth in the 3000 during the San Diego City Championships and seventh in the event at the quad meet with Cal Poly Pomona, Cal State Dominguez Hills, and San Diego State.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2008: Placed 10th in the 1500M at the Aztec Track Classic with a time of 5:04... At the San Diego City Championships placed 15th in the 1500M with a time of 5:01.96.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2007: Completed 800 in time of 2:29.86 during All-Cal Championships, finishing 6th in section... finished 5th overall in 3000 at San Diego City Championships with a time of 10:48.63... season-best time of 10:36.33 in the 3000 came during UCSD Divisional Challenge and was good for 3rd place finish... finished 20th overall with time of 4:51.78 in the 1500 at the UCSD Triton Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 graduate of Fairfax High School in Fairfax, Virginia... helped team to the 2004 district championship and a 3rd place finish at the 2005 state championships... had personal bests of 19:47 in the 5k, 18:50 in the three mile, 11:27 in the 3200 meters, 5:16 in the 1600 meters, 2:23 in the 800 meters, and 1:03.5 in the 400 meters... a member of the UCSD cross country team.

PERSONAL: Born August 30, 1988... father is Robert Henderson... has four older siblings named Brian, Heather, Amy, and Kathy... is an undeclared major in Sixth College... aspires to be a marine biologist following graduation... enjoys surfing in her spare time.
