AS A JUNIOR IN 2011: Finished in seventh place in the 10000m with a time of 32:47 at the Cal-Nevada Track and Field Championships ... Came in ninth at the All-Cal Challenge in the 3000m with a time of 8:59.22 ... Took home eighth place honors in the 5000m for a time of 15:21.69, during the Triton Invitational ... Rounded the top ten spots at the CCAA Championships in the 10000m with a time of 32:47.60.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2010: Captured fourth place in the 3000 with a time of 8:57.24 during the Mangrum Invitational... Finished just outside the top 10 in the 5000 with a time of 15:30.85 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational... Was fifth in the 5000 at 15:19.60 during the Triton Invitational... Competed at the CCAA Championships in the 5000, claiming a 13th place finish.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2009: Finished seventh at the CCAA Championships in the 10000 with a time of 32:33.80 and finished 17^th in 5000 at 15:56.92… Eighth-place finisher with time of 8:52.68 in 3000 during All-Cal Championships… Finished third in 3000 at San Diego City Championships and fifth in event as part of quad meet with Cal Poly Pomona, Cal State Dominguez Hills, and San Diego State.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2008 graduate of San Luis Obispo High School in San Luis Obispo, CA... League Champion & 1st Team Div III All-CIF... Recorded personal bests of 2:06 in the 8000M, 4:31 in the 1600M and 9:48 in the 3200M distance.
