Biography

AS A JUNIOR IN 2006: Earned All-CCAA Second Team honors after finishing 2nd in the high jump event at the CCAA Championships, earning the Tritons eight points in the process... finished fifth in the high jump at the Rafer Johnson/UCLA Invitational... finished second in the high jump at the Triton Invitational with a jump of 5’5”... performance at the Triton Invitational tied for best on the team during the season and 4th best all-time for the Tritons.

 

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2005: Notched a season best jump of 5’3” during the All-Cal Championships, the fifth-best top mark on the team for the season.

 

AS FRESHMAN IN 2004: Season best jump of 5’3” was good enough for the fourth best top performance by a Triton in the high jump event that season.

 

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2003 graduate of Moorpark High School in Moorpark, Calif.

 

PERSONAL: Born April 10, 1985... parents are Jim and Sandy Jacobs... Sandy attended nearby San Diego State while Jim attended Northridge... is a Biology major in Thurgood Marshall College.
