AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2009: Finished eighth in the 100 during the Cal Poly Pomona/Cal State Dominguez Hills/San Diego State/UCSD Quad Meet… Placed 12th in long jump at the San Diego City Championships as part of UCSD team sweep.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2008: Placed eighth in the 100M at the CCAA Championships with a time of 13.10... At the UCSD Triton Invitational placed 27th in the 100M with a time of 13.02 and 14th in the Long Jump with a distance of 5.13M... Placed 13th at the San Diego City Championships in the 100M with a time of 13.23, and sixth in the long jump with a distance of 5.23M... Placed 15th in the 100M  and ninth in the Long Jump at the All-Cal Challenge Cup... At the Rossi Relays placed 14th in the Long Jump with a distance of 5.00M.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Vista Murrieta High School in Murrieta, Calif... participated in tennis and track and field... helped team to 3rd place finish in the Southwestern League in 2006 and 2007 for both tennis and track... finished 2nd in the long jump event during the 2007 league finals... 5th place finish at CIF Championships in 2006 and 2007... recorded statistical bests of 18’0.5” in the long jump, 13.1 in the 100, and 26.55 in the 200... named 2007 Female Athlete of the Year... also earned 2007 Student-Athlete Award and C.L.A.S.S. Award for tennis in 2006-07... member of ASB and the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Born December 1, 1988... parents are Michael and Julie Erickson... both parents attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln... has two younger siblings named Holli and Neil... a General Biology major in Revelle College... hopes to become a zoologist or animal trainer.
