Biography
PRIOR TO ATTENDING UCSD: Participated in track and field for two seasons at Cuyamaca College before transferring to UCSD... helped team to 3rd place finish in Foothill Conference as a freshman... team improved to 1st place finish in Foothill Conference during sophomore season... set statistical bests of 132’ in the discus, 41’ in the shot put, 120’ in the hammer throw, and 142’ in the javelin as a freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2004 graduate of Grossmont High School in El Cajon, Calif... member of football, soccer, and track and field teams in high school... statistical bests of 145’ in the discus and 45’5” in the shot put event... recognized by SD Union Tribune in 2002-03... named Freshman Athlete of the Year, Most Valuable Sprinter, Most Dedicated Runner, and Most Valuable Thrower Athlete by track team.
PERSONAL: Born September 12, 1985... parents are Penelope Moore and Edwin Renfrow... has two older brothers named John and Patrick... a Computer Science and Engineering major in Sixth College... enjoys video games in his spare time.
