AS A FRESHMAN IN 2010: Did not compete in her first season at UCSD.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Julian High School in Julian, Calif... Was All-League and All-CIF in both cross country and track and field... Her 2006 cross country team were CIF San Diego Section Champions... League champions in track and field from 2004 to 2007.
PERSONAL: Born August 29, 1989... Parents are Bill and Magda Beckman... Literature/Writing major in Roosevelt College... Has three siblings named Luis, Pablo and Christy... Her sister Christy is a track and field and cross country All American... Roots for the San Diego Chargers... Hobbies include dancing, movies and snowboarding... Her career goal is to go to law school one year after graduating from UCSD.
