PREVIOUS COLLEGE: Attended UC Santa Barbara for two years prior to transferring to UC San Diego.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2004 graduate of Monta Vista High School in Cupertino, Calif... participated in cross country and track in high school... part of Cross Country State Qualifying team in 2003... three-time state qualifier in cross country... earned high-ranking CCS place finishes in both cross country and track... recorded statistical bests of 2:17 in the 800m and 5:47 in the 1500m... also a member of the UCSD cross country team.
PERSONAL: Born October 11, 1985... parents are William and Janet Underwood... has one younger brother named Russ... plans to attend graduate school in the Marketing field and then join the Peace Corps... a Sociology major with a History minor in Sixth College... hobbies include sewing, dying fabric, and photography.
