AS A JUNIOR IN 2010: Posted a 10th place finish in the 5000 with a time of 18:34.68 during the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational... Was a top 15 finisher in the 3000 at the San Diego Collegiate Championships.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2009: Finished eighth in the 10000 at the
CCAA Championships with a time of 39:03.03… Third-place finisher in the 3000 at
the quad meet with Cal Poly Pomona, Cal State Dominguez Hills, and San Diego
State… Helped women to win at San Diego City Championships with seventh-place
finish in the 3000.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2008: Placed third in the 5000M at the UCSD Triton Invitational with a time of 19:11.90... At the San Diego City Championships placed 11th in the 3000M with a time of 10:53.17... Placed 13th in the 3000M at the All-Cal Challenge Cup... At the UCSD Divisional Challenge finished sixth in the 3000M with a time of 10:59.78.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Westlake High School in Westlake Village, Calif... ran cross country and track in high school... track team finished 8th in state in 2004, 6th in 2005... named to All-League 3rd team in 2005 and 2006... statistical bests of 19:16 on the 3 mile course, 11:53 in the 2 mile, 5:43 in the 1 mile, and 19:52 in the 5k course... member of NHS, CIF, Habitat for Humanity, and was valedictorian of high school class... also a member of the UCSD cross country team.
