AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2009: Qualified as the seventh seed in the 1500 event with a school record time of 4:29.67... Finished seventh at the National Championships with a time of 4:34.20... A USTFCCCA All-Academic Team member... Finished third in the 1500 at the Cal/Nevada Championships and second in the event at the CCAA Championships... Fifth-place finish in the 800 at the CCAA Championships.

AS A FRESHMAN IN  2008: All-American 1500M placing sixth in the 1500M at the NCAA Championships with a time of 4:33.87... Placed third in the 1500M at the CCAA Championships with a time of 4:45.74... At the UCSD Invitational finished third in the 1500M with a time of 4:33.61... Placed second in the 1500M at the San Diego City Championships with a time of 4:43.65... At the Cal-Nevada Championships finished 12th in the 1500M.

HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of Carlsbad High School in Carlsbad, Calif... MVP, All-League, All-CIF, and All-State member of track and field team... Statistical bests of 2:19 in 800 and 4:57 in 1600... Also participated in surfing and soccer while in high school.
