AS A JUNIOR IN 2010: Finished sixth at the CCAA Championships in the triple jump with a distance of 42'9"... Took third place in his primary event with a mark of 43'7" during the Point Loma Collegiate Open... Recorded a mark of 44'11" in the same event for seventh place at the Triton Invitational.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2009: At CCAA Championships, placed ninth
with mark of 37’9.25” in triple jump… Finished 19th in triple jump
during Cal/Nevada Championship… Ninth in triple jump at 41’8” and 12th
in long jump at 20’3.75” during All-Cal Championships… Pair of top ten finishes
during San Diego City Championships, finishing seventh in long jump and fourth
in triple jump.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2008: Placed 13th in the Triple Jump at the UCSD Triton Invitational with a distance of 12.65M... Placed seventh in the Long Jump at the San Diego City Championships... At the All-Cal Challenge Cup finished ninth in the Triple Jump and 10th in the Long Jump... Placed 17th in the Long jump and ninth in the Triple Jump at the Rossi Relays... At the Beach Invitational placed 18th in the Triple Jump with a distance of 12.73M.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Westminster High School in Westminster, Calif... participated in cross country and track and field... member of All-League First Team for the triple jump and All-League Second Team for the long jump in 2007... 2007 CIF qualifier in the triple jump... captain of track and cross country teams during senior season... recorded statistical bests of 43’2” in the triple jump, 20’3.5” in the long jump, and 18:54 on the three mile cross country course... member of CSF, Key Club, Guitar Club, and Club Activities Director for the Red Cross.
