Her 16 RBI were fifth-most on the squad and her .303 slugging percentage was
sixth-highest on the team… Stole three bases in four attempts… Ranks 10th in
UCSD all-time record book with .974 fielding percentage… Led the Tritons with
317 putouts on 331 total chances, fourth-most in the CCAA… Went 2-for-2 with
two RBI against Dixie State on March 9… Hit .367 over six games in the Mizuno
Tournament of Champions, March 26-28 in Turlock.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2009: Started in all of UCSD's 55 games, playing the majority of the contests at second base... Hit .229 on the season, collecting 35 hits in 153 at bats... Tied for the team lead in sacrifice flies with five... Tallied 23 runs and 17 RBI on the year... Batted .315 out of the No. 6 spot in the lineup with 11 hits in 35 at bats... Collected five hits in seven at bats at the Cal State San Bernardino Regional Preview Tournament on Feb. 15 when UCSD faced Regis University and Adams State... Contributed a three-RBI game on Feb. 14 against San Francisco State.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2008: Appeared in 36 games during her rookie season, making seven starts... Batted .222 with six runs and three RBI... Went 2-for-3 with a run driven in and a run scored against Cal State Dominguez Hills on April 18... Maintained a perfect fielding percentage, collecting 12 putouts and nine assists.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Simi Valley High School in Simi Valley, Calif... Was a four-year letterwinner in softball at SVHS, earning First Team All-Marmonte League honors as a junior and senior... Was a team captain, MVP and Marmonte League Scholar-Athlete Award winner in 2006 and 2007... Helped her squad to a 19-9 record and a second round spot in the CIF playoffs in 2007...
