Noelte came to the Tritons with over 12 years of softball coaching experience through the 18U travel ball level with several organizations throughout Southern California.
An active member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) since 2007, Noelte has received over 250 hours of formal coaching education from the NFCA Coaches College, participated in over 100 coaching clinics, earned an NFCA 4-Star Master Coach certification, and served as the travel ball representative to the NFCA Coaching Education Committee. He also serves as a mentor to other softball coaches through the NFCA Mentoring Program.
Noelte obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts. He then went on to earn his MBA locally from National University.
Noelte currently resides in San Diego.
