AS A JUNIOR IN 2006: Started 47 of the 50 games she played in for the Tritons... played left field... batted .252 and finished second on the team in runs scored with 21... picked up 33 hits in 131 at-bats... stole 11 bases in 13 attempts... had an on-base percentage of .305 and led the CCAA in sacrifice bunts with 17... had seven multi-hit games highlighted by her 2-for-2 game with three runs scored in the 9-0 victory at Cal State Monterey Bay on April 7... had 58 putouts, two assists and only four errors for a .938 fielding percentage on the season.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2005: Started 25 of the 43 contests she played in... earned All-CCAA honorable mention accolades... finished second on the team in batting with her .324 average... scored 14 runs to go along with 22 hits and two RBI... was 7-for-11 on stolen base attempts... had six multi-hit games including a 3-for-3 performance against Humboldt State on April 23... scored twice in the 3-0 win over Western New Mexico on April 2... drew five walks and struck out only six times in 68 at-bats.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2004: Started 22 contests for the Tritons as a rookie... had eight hits in 46 at-bats... drew five walks and had five sacrifice bunts... scored eight times and had three RBI... went 2-for-2 with a sacrifice and a RBI in the 5-3 win over Cal State Bakersfield on March 13... scored two runs and had two RBI in the 15-2 win over Cal State Stanislaus on March 12.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2003 graduate of Hillsdale High School in San Mateo, Calif... lettered in softball, volleyball and basketball... helped team to the 2000 PAL Ocean Division Championship... was named the 2003 Hillsdale HS Athlete of the Year... was a three time All-PAL performer... was on the 2000 and 2001 Honor Roll... graduated in the top 6% of her class... won the 2002 GSE Academic Excellence Award for composition... was a member of the California Scholastic Federation.

PERSONAL: Born June 25, 1985 in Daly City, Calif... parents are Wilfred and Rosemarie Carino... has two older brothers named Alan and Sean... is an Urban Studies and Planning major at Roosevelt College... enjoys black and white photography in her spare time.
