Former Triton standout Josh Stiling joins the coaching staff as a volunteer coach in September 2020.
Stiling has served as the Head Coach of the Stanford Youth Water Polo Club for boys 17-18 since 2017. In 2019, he led his club team to a USA Water Polo National Junior Olympic Championship in the U18 division.
Stiling also brings a wealth of international and professional experience to the coaching staff. He recently served as a starting center defender for CN Sant Andreu in Barcelona for the 2019-20 season. He has also competed for CN Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain and Fremantle Mariners in Perth, Australia. Stiling was a member of the USA National Team in 2014.
A two time Division II Player of the Year, Stiling ranks ninth in career goals with 188 goals. Stilling was named the WWPA Plyer of the Year in his junior and season seasons. During his senior season, Stilling helped lead the Tritons to a fourth place finish at the NCAA Championship and was named to the NCAA All-Tournament Second Team. Stiling graduated in 2014 with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
