AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2010: Compiled an 8-13 singles mark and a 11-5 doubles record as a sophomore... highest positional singles win came at No. 2 on Feb. 12 against Grand Canyon, defeating Seymon Gas, 3-6, 6-3, 10-8... went 9-1 with doubles partner Erik Elliott at the No. 2 spot, including five-straight victories in February... concluded the school year on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll at the Bronze Level (includes GPAs from 3.00 to 3.299).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2009: Clinched thrilling 5-4 victory for Tritons over UC Santa Cruz by fighting off four championships points to pull out a 2-6, 7-6, 9-7 (6-2) win at the No. 5 singles position on April 19... overall during his freshman campaign, went 12-6 in singles and 2-5 in doubles... went 1-2 at the No. 3 singles position, 2-2 at No. 4 and 9-2 at No. 5... lone win at No. 3 singles came against Hawaii Pacific on March 1... went 0-1 at No. 2 doubles and 2-4 at No. 3, with victories against Grand Canyon and Colorado State Pueblo.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2008 graduate of Poway High School in Poway, Calif... 3-time First-Team CIF... led team CIF championships in 2007 and 2008, the second being an undefeated season... 2005 winner of the Southern California Sportsmanship Award... has played in USTA national and sectional tournaments since age 9.
