AS A JUNIOR IN 2005: Started all 18 matches in his third season on the La Jolla campus... earned Honorable Mentioni All-CCAA honors for his efforts as a junior... took nine shots on the season and assisted on the game-winning goal in the 1-0 victory at Cal State Stanislaus on October 16... helped anchor a defense that allowed only 13 goals on the season while posting nine shutouts.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2004: Played in all 17 games during his first year of play at UCSD, starting 16 of those matches... earned All-CCAA honorable mention accolades for his defensive efforts... took four shots and notched one assist... lone assist of the season came in the Tritons’ 6-1 win at Cal Poly Pomona on September 25... helped anchor a defense that allowed only 14 goals on the season that included eight shutouts.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2003 graduate of Chaparral High School in Temecula, Calif... played soccer for coach Toni Rossi... helped team to the CIF Semifinals while also helping his team to a top-10 national ranking in three of his four years at CHS... was named the CIF, League and Team MVP in 2003... led team in goals and assists during his senior season.

PERSONAL: Born July 28, 1985 in Mission Viejo, Calif... parents are Rick and Lorraine Douglas... has two older siblings named Aaron and Dawn... is an undeclared major in Eleanor Roosevelt College... enjoys all sports and going to the beach in his spare time.
