HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Estancia High School in Costa Mesa, Calif... lettered in cross country, basketball and baseball... helped the cross country team to an undefeated season in which it became league champions and made it to the CIF finals... his basketball team placed second in the league and made it to the CIF playoffs... was vice president of the youth and government club.... was president of the human rights club... named class valedictorian... amassed 140 hours of community service.

PERSONAL: Parents are Gary and Anne McClanahan... has an younger brother named Troy... a Human Biology major at Revelle College... can play five different musical instruments... enjoys body surfing, reading, running and simply being outdoors.
