AS A JUNIOR IN 2007-08: Helped UCSD to win at Newport Regatta... WIRA Champion in the JV category... finished 6th overall in the JV category at the ECAC National Invitational Rowing Championships. 

AT ORANGE COAST COLLEGE: Attended Orange Coast College for two years, prior to tranferring to UC San Diego... part of the OCC squad that won the WIRA and ECAC championships in 2006... named as the team's most improved rower in the novice boat for 2006... part of the Mesa Emergency Services Amateur Communications... part of winning Newport Regatta team in 2007.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Pinecrest High School in Southern Pines, N.C.... member of the North Carolina Highland Regiment.

PERSONAL: Born December 19, 1985... parents are Rick and Liz Lund... has an older brother named Michael...  an Economics major in Eleanor Roosevelt College... hobbies include auto racing, computers, and video games... hopes to work in the energy field to help develop cleaner, more efficient fuels.
