High School: A 2006 graduate of Millikan High School in Long Beach, Calif. ... Played on the baseball team from 2004-05 and lettered as part of the surf team and crew ... Helped crew to second and third place finishes in the Varsity Quad at the Southwest Regional Junior Rowing Championships in 2007 and 2008 ... Also part of third and fifth place petite final finishes in the Varsity Quad at the U.S. Rowing Junior National Championships in 2007 and 2008 ... Also competed with Long Beach Junior Crew from 2005-08, becoming varsity team captain.
