HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated in 2012 from Leland High School located in San Jose, Calif... Third fastest varsity four in the nation as a senior... 5th fastest lightweight 8 in the nation as a junior... Third fastest Novice "A" boat as a sophomore... Also played water polo and lacrosse for the Chargers... Competed with Los Gatos Rowing Club 2009-12.

Parents are Frank and Jill Perretta... Has one older brother, Michael, and a twin sister Madeline... Both Michael and Madeline row at Cal ... Enjoys drawing/painting, drumming, collecting and restoring vintage drums... Favorite athlete is Muhammad Ali... Listens to classic rock... Career goal after graduating from UCSD is to attend business or law school and receive an MBA or JD... Majoring in communication with a minor in business at Roosevelt College.
