AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2007-08:  Competed in two events in his second year at UCSD... Owned an 81.8 scoring average in five rounds... Tied for 26th place at the SDSU intercollegiate Classic with a combined score of +31, 175.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2006-07:  Appeared in two of the team’s 10 tournaments during his rookie season...Had a 79.8 scoring average in the six competitive rounds he played... Best individual finish was a tie for 49th place at the CSUB/ELCO Invitational with a 26-over par, 242... Best round of the season was his first collegiate round, posting a 2-over par, 74 at the 57th Annual Southern California Intercollegiates at the Marbella Country Club in San Juan Capistrano.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Attended Desert Christian High School... Finished third with a 68 at the CIF championships... His team won the league title and finished third in the first round of CIF... Earned a first-place finish in the AJFA qualifier with a 70... Also notched several other top-three finishes in junior events... Also ran cross country at DCHS, placing third in the conference meet with a time of 17:19.

PERSONAL:  Born February 9, 1987... Parents are Heeseok and JeongJa Seo... Has a sister named Myungweon... Is a Mathematics major in Sixth College... Enjoys reading books, watching movies and running in his spare time.
