Biography

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2006-07: Appeared in two of the team's 10 tournaments... had a scoring average of 81.7 in the six competitive rounds carded as a rookie... best individual finish was a tie for 51st place at the CSU San Marcos Invitational where he posted a 24-over par score of 240 after rounds of 81, 81 and 78... season-low round of 5-over par 77 came in the second round of the Chico State Invitational.

 

HIGH SCHOOL:  Attended Branson HS...  won back-to-back golf tournaments in the fall of 2005... shot a 68 at an NCJGA tournament... won two junior tournaments with four straight rounds of even-par... team won MCAL League Championship and advanced to the NCS championships for three consecutive seasons.

 

PERSONAL:  Born October 21, 1987... parents are Rodney Schmitt and Deborah Decomo... father is a graduate of William and Mary and played on the football team... mother is a USF graduate... has two sisters named Alice Lefebvre and Melissa Barletta... an Economics major in Sixth College... hobbies include music and theater.
