AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2006: Raced in five events on the season... finished 11th overall at UCSD’s season opening meet against Point Loma with a time of 24:14.5... completed the UC Irvine Invitational in a time of 27:48.1, good for 93rd overall... was 68th overall with a time of 28:24 at the Aztec Invitational... completed the Triton Classic race with a time of 27:33.1... finished 27th overall and fifth among Triton athletes in his final event of the year at the CCAA Championships.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2005: Competed in the first two events of the year for the Tritons... finished 12th in the 3-way meet to open the season on August 27, crossing the finish line in a time of 24:09.2... finished 68th out of 132 entrants at the UC Irvine Invitational on September 10, running the five mile course in a time of 24:56.9.

HIGH SCHOOL: Comes to UCSD from Claremont High School... helped team to CIF qualifier... had personal bests of 15:34 in the three mile, 9:38 in the 3200m and 4:30 in the 1600m.

PERSONAL: Born December 13, 1986... parents are Donald Crone and Nuket Kardam... a Political Science major with an emphasis in International Relations.
