HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of Dana Hills High School in Dana Point, Calif.… Led the Dolphins to back-to-back Orange County Championships as a junior and senior… DHHS went on to win the CIF Southern Section Division I title in 2009… Was named most improved twice… Held personal best of 15:09 in the three mile… Also competed in track and field at Dana Hills.
PERSONAL: Born June 18, 1991… Parents are David and Mary Hogshead… Has a younger brother named Trevor… Spends much of his spare time listening to music… Manchester United is his favorite team… Lists Almost Famous as his favorite movie… Is an undeclared major in Sixth College… Aspires to start his own business some day.
