Faced competition in the first four races of the season for UC San Diego … Finished as high as 27th overall for the Tritons at the Lancer Invitational, turning in a time of 20:02 … Made collegiate debut with a 40th-place finish at the UCSD Opener, clocking in at 17:08.3 … Followed first collegiate race with a 20:35.4 finishing time at the adidas/UC Irvine Invitational (123rd) … Ended season with 95th-place showing at the 20th Annual Triton Invitational (24:47.2) ... A CCAA All-Academic selection.

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2012 graduate of Carlmont High in Belmont ... Named team captain in 2011 after earning Most Improved honors in 2009 and made CCS All-Section Second Team in 2010 and 2011 ... Helped Scots win three straight Peninsula Athletic League Championships (2009-11) ... Was huge part of CCS runner-up team (2009) and teams that won CCS League in back-to-back years (2010-11) ... Also ran track and field for the Scots.
