AT UNC CHARLOTTE: Transfers to UCSD after running for two seasons on the UNC Charlotte cross country and track & field teams... ran in six total races during her two seasons in a 49ers cross country uniform... ranks in the all-time top-10 at UNCC in both the indoor 5k and 10k races.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2004 graduate of Santa Margarita Catholic High School in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif... was a member of the 2003 CIF Cross Country State Championship team... helped team to the 2002 Serra League Championship... had a personal best of 20:00 in a 5k race.
PERSONAL: Born December 26, 1986... parents are Michael and Elizabeth Kohnke... had one younger sibling named Corey... is a Psychology major at Marshall College... enjoys reading, shopping and going to the beach in her spare time.
