AS A FRESHMAN IN 2012
Ran in the first four meets of the season ... Placed as high as 28th place overall at the Lancer Invitational, where she recorded a 20:04 finishing time ... Took 33rd overall while having her highest finish among Tritons (10th) at the UCSD Opener, ending with a time of 16:51.1 ... Also faced competition at the adidas/UC Irvine Invitational (20:30.3, 115th) and capped her season at the 20th Annual Triton Invitational (26:15.7, 168th) ... CCAA All-Academic.

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2012 graduate of Trabuco Hills High School in Mission Viejo ... Part of Mustangs teams which won two straight Sea View League Championships (2008-09) and one South Coast League Championship (2010) ... Earned her first varsity letters in cross country and track in 2009 and 2010, respectively ... Was named a scholar athlete (2010) ... Awarded Most Outstanding Track Athlete Award in back-to-back years (2009-10) ... Ran a personal-best 18:36 in cross country ... Also ran the 400, 800 and 1,600 in track with personal records of 59 seconds, 2:22 and 5:24 in those respective events ... Initially, played soccer for a year in high school before entering track.
