AS A JUNIOR IN 2008: Hit at a .305 clip with 48 runs scored, 35 RBI, 12 doubles and four homeruns... stole 10 bases... had first career four-hit game at the NCAA West Regional against Chico State on May 16... drove in four RBI against San Francisco State on April 25... had four outfield assists.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended La Costa Canyon HS... baseball team went 32-1 in 2003 and 25-9 in 2004, winning the CIF and State Championships in both seasons... hit at a .338 clip in two seasons and recorded one error... in 2004 was named second-team All-North County and Team Defensive Player of the Year... also attended UC Riverside for two years.

PERSONAL: Born April 3, 1986... parents are Eddie and Nancy Burke... has two siblings named Joey and Molly... a Communications major in Warren College... hobbies include surfing, writing and traveling.
