Men's Basketball Student Ticket Claiming Instructions

*Please only claim a ticket if you plan to attend. Students who claim but do not attend will be notified after each event. After three (3) no-shows, you will lose the ability to claim tickets in advance for the rest of the season.

1. Click the link to the sign in page on the UCSDtritons evenue website: https://ucsdtritons.evenue.net/signin?continue=%2Flist%2FGS 

2. Click on “Sign in as Student/Faculty”

3. Enter your student login credentials and then click “Login”

4. Click on the “Student Tickets” at the top of the screen 

5. Then Click on the “Men’s Basketball” row

6. Click on “Buy Now” on the Men’s Basketball game that you would like to attend. Student tickets will be available to claim starting each Monday at 10am for games that will be played during that week.

7. Select the quantity of “1” and click on “Find Best Available” to add the ticket to your cart. Students are limited to claiming one student ticket to each game, and the Price Per Ticket should show as “FREE” once logged in via SSO.

8. In your cart, you will see the Men’s Basketball game ticket you selected, along with the opponent and date of the event. Your total should show as “FREE” with a $0.00 balance due at checkout. Select “Checkout” to proceed to the checkout screen.

9. On the Checkout screen, you will see under “Contact Info” the email address associated with your student account. This email is where the confirmation email and eventual digital ticket will be sent to. To finalize the transaction to claim your free student ticket, click on “Place Order”.

10. On the screen below, once you see “Your order is confirmed”, you have successfully claimed your student ticket for that specific game. An email confirmation will be sent immediately following the transaction informing you that the ticket order has been processed. This confirmation email IS NOT your student ticket for the game however. You will be sent a separate email approximately 24 hours before the game with a link to download your mobile ticket to your apple/google wallet. This ticket will have a QR code which will be scanned at the student gate, with the student gate opening for entry approximately one hour prior to the listed game time.

11. If you successfully claimed a ticket, and are having trouble finding the link to your QR code for the mobile ticket, you may also retrieve the ticket via logging in to your website ON YOUR PHONE. Once logged in to your student account on your phone, select the three lines on the top left of the screen, then select “My Tickets” under My Account, and then click on “My Upcoming Events”. You should see the game with the name of the opponent and date/time of the event. At the bottom of the screen, select “Add to Apple/Google Wallet” and you should see the QR code as the ticket to the game. This QR code will be scanned in for entry.  

12. Student tickets are non-transferable and only the student who claimed the ticket will only be able to attend the game. Please bring your Student ID as well to the event with you, as this will help with troubleshooting if you are still having issues accessing the ticket via email/your online account.
