If you aspire to be a scholar-athlete at UC San Diego or any other NCAA institution there are several things that you should know regarding NCAA eligibility requirements and the recruiting process. NCAA Eligibility Center Registration & Certification
Every college-bound student-athlete who is attending an NCAA Division I institution full-time for the first time must be certified academically and as an amateur by the NCAA Eligibility Center. Prospective student-athletes should register at the beginning of their junior year in high school and can do so by clicking here.
