WHAT ARE MOBILE TICKETS?
Mobile tickets use email or text messaging to send your tickets directly to you after purchase. These tickets are optimized for display on your smartphone device.

- No need to print your tickets. Simply present your mobile device with tickets at the gate

TICKET MANAGEMENT FEATURES
Your My Account page gives you a convenient, simple and secure way to manage your tickets.
- Visit the Triton Box Office web page and select either ‘Athletics’ or ‘ArtPower’ to access the correct online box office
- View your tickets:
- Step 1: Visit UCSDTritons.com/tickets or ArtPower.ucsd.edu/tickets on your phone and select “My Account”
- Step 2: Log in using your account number and password. If you do not know your password, click ‘Forgot Password’ to have a temporary one emailed to you.
If it is your first time accessing your account online, click ‘Activate Your Account' to link your existing account with PIN number.
- Transfer or accept tickets on your phone
- Buy tickets to UC San Diego events
- Update your account information

BUYING AND DOWNLOADING TICKETS
- Buy home game tickets online.
- You will receive an email or SMS text. Click the link to add the tickets to your mobile wallet.
- Present your mobile tickets on your smartphone at the game. Mobile tickets are individually bar coded to allow one scan per entry so any attempts to duplicate, alter or sell any copies or the mobile ticket may result in admittance being refused to the event. This provides heightened security by identifying counterfeit and stolen tickets.
HOW TO TRANSFER TICKETS
- Step 1: Visit UCSDTritons.com/tickets or ArtPower.ucsd.edu/tickets on your phone and select “My Account”
- Step 2: Log in using your account number and password. If you do not know your password, click ‘Forgot Password’ to have a temporary one emailed to you. If it is your first time accessing your account online, click ‘Activate Your Account to link your existing account with PIN number.
- Step 3: Select the event and click on the ‘Transfer’ link under the seat you wish to send. You may select more than one seat to send at once.
- Step 4: Enter the recipient’s cell number, review the information and select ‘Transfer Tickets.’ The recipient will receive a text message with a link to accept and download the tickets.
HOW TO SELL UNUSED TICKETS ON SEATGEEK
UC San Diego and Paciolan have partnered with SeatGeek to provide a fully-integrated method within your Paciolan account to sell certain ticket types to games you are unable to attend.
Just log into your account and follow these simple steps :
- Click “Sell Tickets on SeatGeek”
- Select the event/seats you would like to sell.
- Log In to your SeatGeek Account (If you have not set up a SeatGeek account, click the “Sign Up Here” button.
- Click “Sell” on desired tickets.
- Enter your ticket listing information.
- Ticket is now listed. You will receive notification via email, and again when the tickets are purchased.
Notes: The Triton Box Office can only verify secondary market tickets and assist fans with any ticket issues on gamedays with secondary-market tickets which are purchased from SeatGeek. Complimentary or discounted tickets are not eligible for resale.
