AS A JUNIOR IN 2005: Started all 49 of the games she played in... led the team with her .358 batting average... named a first team All-CCAA recipient... also earned Louisville Slugger/NFCA All-West Region First Team accolades... led the team with 58 hits and 12 doubles... scored 26 runs, which ranked second on the team... added one triple and two home runs to go along with her 16 RBI... was 6-for-9 in stolen base attempts... had a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage, making 67 putouts to go along with three assists in her 70 fielding chances... her .481 slugging percentage ranked first on the team while her .373 on base percentage ranked second... had 15 multi-hit games including a 5-for-5 performance with three RBI in the 6-5 win over Chico State at home on February 25... had three multi-RBI games, all of which came against CCAA foes... struck out only six times while drawing four walks in 162 plate appearances.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2004: Started 46 of the 47 games she appeared in... batted .271 with 11 doubles, one triple, two home runs and 17 RBI... scored 23 runs and had four stolen bases... committed only two errors in the outfield... had nine multi-hit games and three multi-RBI games... went 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI in the April 2 loss to Hawaii-Hilo.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2003: Started all five games she appeared in as a rookie... collected three hits in 14 at-bats... had one triple and scored twice.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2002 graduate of nearby Horizon High School in San Diego, Calif... played softball for coach Vince Maruca... earned first team all-league and All-CIF honors... was named the team’s MVP... helped team to a league championship and a CIF Championship.
