As a Junior in 2010: Put together a strong 10-8 mark in doubles as a junior, including a 9-8 record with teammate Taskeen Bains at the No. 1 spot in the ladder... despite dropping a 8-3 decision to Cal State Stanislaus on the road early in the season, she and Bains rebounded for a 8-3 victory against the Warriors to help the Tritons capture their seventh-straight conference title... also went 5-10 in singles, playing mostly out of the No. 2 spot... won four-straight singles matches between Feb. 28 and March 25, including a victory over Division I Villanova... ended the school year on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll at the Bronze Level (includes GPAs from 3.00 to 3.299).

As a Sophomore in 2009: Tallied a 6-10 record in singles and a 12-4 record in doubles during the 2009 season... earned an at-large selection to the All-CCAA First Team... all her of her singles matches came at the No. 1 position... partnered with teammate Anitha Athavale to go 2-3 at the No. 1 doubles position and 10-1 at the No. 2 spot, including a 9-8 (7-4 tiebreaker) victory against Hawaii Pacific in the NCAA West Regional on May 9... concluded the year on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll at the Bronze Level.

As a Freshman in 2008: In her first season donning a Triton uniform she compiled a 16-7 overall singles record... went 9-6 at the top spot on the singles ladder, 2-0 at No. 2 and 1-0 at No. 3... with teammate Taskeen Bains the pair went 12-9 as the top seed... 2008 First Team All-CCAA... three-time Penn/CCAA Women's Tennis Player of the Week... 2008 All-CCAA First Team.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Redwood High School in Tiburon, Calif... went undefeated for three years during the regular season... was team MVP for all four years in high school and Player of the Year two of those seasons... was ranked sixth in the 18 and under age group in Northern California and ranked eighth as an 18 and under... ranked No. 101 in the U.S. over the same period.

Personal: Born March 21, 1989... parents are Francois and Gaye Varnay... has an older sister named Anna... is a Psychology major and Philosophy minor at Sixth college... athleticism runs in the family as mother played tennis at UCLA, father played soccer at the University of Budapest and sister played tennis for Columbia University... enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, swimming, snorkeling and yoga in her free time.
