AS A JUNIOR IN 2005: Earned two wins in seven starts... started UCSD’s final game in the CCAA tournament against Chico State and earned a no-decision, limiting the Wildcats to two earned runs in 5.1 innings pitched... wins came against Cal State L.A. and Cal State Stanislaus... right-handed batters hit .228 (21-for-92) against him.

AT SADDLEBACK COLLEGE: Before coming to UCSD, Geach attended the 2001 season at Creighton University, and then played two seasons of baseball at Saddleback College for coach Jack Hodges... the team at Saddleback placed second in the conference for two seasons and the State Junior College runners-up in 2003.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended St. Margaret’s HS in San Juan Capistrano where he was a member of the baseball and basketball team... baseball honors included First-Team All-CIF, first-team all-league, team MVP and the county strikeout leader in 1999... also earned first-team all-league honors in basketball... member of the Honor Roll and Deans’ List from 1998-2000.

PERSONAL: Born December 3, 1981 in San Clemente, Calif.... parents are Anthony and Patricia Geach... has three siblings, Nick, Ray and Cole... a Mechanical Engineering major in Muir College... career goals include being a professional athlete and automotive design.
