AS A JUNIOR IN 2008: Went 4-1 in 2008, upping his career victories to 20... pitched a combined 11 innings allowing four runs in wins against Grand Canyon and Barry... pitched a season-high seven innings twice, going up against Sioux Falls and Cal State Stanislaus.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2007: Earned All-CCAA honors for the second consecutive year... led team with nine victories... 16 victories in two seasons ranks in the UCSD all-time top-10 for career victories... made eight starts in which he lasted at least six innings... recorded back-to-back starts with seven innings pitched, allowing one run.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2006: Decker earned All-CCAA honors and a CCAA Pitcher of the Week award in his first season at UCSD... began the season as a closer with saves against Cal State Dominguez Hills and Cal Poly Pomona... pitched a complete-game at Cal Poly Pomona on Apr. 8, allowing one run and five hits... career-high nine strikeouts against Cal State Stanislaus... pitched at least seven innings in four starts... led the team with a 3.69 ERA.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Foothill HS where the team went 22-5 and won the Eastern Athletic League Championship and the CIF Division I North State Championship... compiled an individual record of 10-3 with a 1.77 ERA, 102 strikeouts, 14 walks, eight complete games and five shutouts... member of the Redding Rattlers American Legion Baseball team from 2001-05... named to the Klamath Falls All-Tournament team in 2004 and the Eureka Falcons All-Tournament team in 2005.

PERSONAL: Born September 15, 1987... parents are James and Karen Decker... has four siblings named Traci, Leslie, Toni and Dakota... Toni was a member of the basketball team at Lassen College... a Chemistry and Biochemistry major in Marshall College... career goal is to become a doctor.
