AS A JUNIOR IN 2004: Started all 17 matches for the Tritons... was named a second team All-American by the NSCAA... earned first team All-West Region and All-CCAA honors... also earned ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-America First Team honor, the most prestigious all-academic team in the country, with his 3.91 overall GPA in Bio-Engineering and outstanding on field statistics... led the team in scoring with his 21 points, coming on seven goals and seven assists... moved up the all-time career charts in points, goals scored and assists, ranking 10th in both points (60) and goals scored (21), while ranking 11th in all-time assists (18)... notched first career hat trick in the Tritons’ 6-1 win at Cal Poly Pomona, which included the game-winner... had three game-winning goals on the season, the other two of which came at home against Grand Canyon on September 8 and at home against Cal State Bakersfield on October 30... converted one of two penalty kicks on the year, the lone miss he immediately rebounded into the goal for a thrilling 1-0 double overtime victory over Cal State Bakersfield... had one goal and two assists in the team’s 4-0 win over Cal State San Bernardino at home on November 1
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2003: Started all 19 matches for the Tritons... was named a first team All-American by the NSCAA... earned first team All-West Region and All-CCAA honors... scored eight goals and had eight assists on the year... notched two game-winning goals, coming against Cal State L.A. and Cal Poly Pomona... converted on four of five penalty kicks, including two in the 2-1 home victory over Cal Poly Pomona... had three assists in the 5-1 victory at home over Cal State San Bernardino... took 37 shots on the season.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2002: Started all 17 of the matches for UCSD as a rookie... earned All-CCAA honorable mention accolades... scored six goals and assisted on three others... posted two game-winning goals, coming against San Francisco State and UC Davis... converted on his only penalty kick of the season in the 4-3 victory at Cal Poly Pomona... took 29 shots on the season.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2002 graduate of Aliso Niguel High School in Aliso Viejo, Calif... lettered in cross country, track and field, golf and soccer in his four years... helped team to its first ever appearance in the CIF playoffs and its first ever Sea View League Championship... was named the team MVP his junior and senior years... earned first team All-CIF and Sea View League MVP honors as a senior... was the winner of the Gene Autry Humanitarian Award in 2002.
