As a Sophomore in 2009: Totaled seven innings pitched during her first season as a Triton, allowing 13 hits while striking out four batters... Finished with an 0-2 record and an ERA of 11.00... Threw 0.2 innings of scoreless ball in her debut for UCSD to earn the save of 6-4 win against San Francisco State on Feb. 13.

At Mesa Community College: Played for Mesa Community College during the 2008 season.

High School:  A 2007 graduate from Providence High School in Charlotte, N.C.... All-Mecklenburg recipient in 2006 and 2007... 2007 Team MVP... Offensive MVP in 2006... Played club ball with the Beach Girls Gold in 2005 and 2006.

Personal:  Born Oct. 10, 1989...Parents are Gary and Heather Sheats... Is a Political Science major and Psychology minor at John Muir College...
